Jalebi Paratha: The Fusion That Surprises You

Ingredients for Jalebi Paratha:
  • wheat flour - 2 cup
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Ghee - 1 teaspoon
  • refined oil as per the requirement
  • coriander leaves - 2 tablespoon
  • water as per the requirement
For Filling:
  • boiled, peeled potato - 2
  • Well Sliced capsicum (green pepper)- 2
  • garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
  • mixed dry fruits - 1/2 cup
How to prepare Jalebi Paratha:
 
Step 1)Take a big vessel & include potato, mixed dry fruits, coriander leaves, capsicum, garam masala and salt into it. Mix properly every component & make the filling.
 
Step 2) In another vessel, drop wheat flour, ghee and salt & knead it in a dough. You could pour water into the dough to prepare the dough gently. Now, take out tiny balls from the dough & shape them in balls.
 
Step 3) Fill the balls with the ready filling. Roll out the spherical dough balls & pull into a rope.
 
Step 4) Once the rope is prepared, twist it a little keep rolling it in a clockwise direction around jalebi. Lastly, press it firmly & pour ghee on the sides just like a paratha.
 
Step 5) Keep cooking the paratha on the griddle with the low flame till it becomes crisp. Serve it hot with curd.
